1. Orders & Contract

When you place an order on our website, it represents an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order via phone call or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors.
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
• Failure to confirm the order during our verification call.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occur. If we discover a mistake in the price of an item you ordered, we will inform you immediately.

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfers.
• We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders as part of our promotion.

3. Delivery & Acceptance

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, the delivery time is subject to their operations. Please note:

• Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider.
• If you find the outer packaging damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Zarar Collection. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zarar Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. We ensure high-quality standards, but use of products is at the customer's own discretion.
