7-Day Check Warranty

At Zarar Collection, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange policy. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Items purchased on "Clearance Sale" are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

If you prefer a refund over an exchange:

  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like innerwear, socks, or products specifically marked as non-returnable cannot be exchanged or refunded.
